Gravita strengthens Bristol presence with move to flagship city centre office

Gravita, the private equity-backed accountancy and business advisory firm for ambitious clients, announces move to relocate its Bristol office to a larger, more modern space in the heart of the city. The move follows sustained growth in both headcount and client demand, alongside increased investment in Gravita’s regional bases after the firm acquired Haines Watts Western in February 2025.

The 45-strong team have relocated from their previous offices in Bath House on Bath Street to a vibrant and flexible workspace, recognised for its sustainability credentials, in Castle Park, Tower Hill, a hub attracting other professional services firms in the city. The new office opens up a range of opportunities for the team, offering flexible, modern facilities that support collaboration and provides a strong base for future business growth.

This news follows the recent appointment of Gravita’s new CEO, Lisa Mayhew, who will lead the firm’s next phase of growth. Building on strong momentum across the UK, Gravita has invested in four new offices over the last two years, including a Central London headquarters in 2024, followed by Oxford, Exeter and now Bristol. This sustained regional investment reflects Gravita’s purpose in becoming the UK’s leading tech-enabled accountancy and business advisory firm for ambitious clients in the South West, Oxford, Essex and London.

Nearly 1000 new clients joined the company across these regions last year, reflecting the company’s depth of expertise and high growth in key sectors such as property and construction, technology, healthcare and life sciences, financial services and not for profit.

Matt Bracher, Regional Lead Partner, said:

“Having supported the Bristol business community for over three decades, I’m incredibly proud of the exceptional team we’ve built here. This next phase of growth marks a significant milestone – our new office space is not only a symbol of our long‑term commitment to the region, but a clear investment in both our current colleagues and the talent we aim to attract. It creates a modern, collaborative environment where innovation can thrive and where our people and clients can work side‑by‑side to achieve bold ambitions.”
