Managing change within the workplace will be the focus of this year’s conference for future leaders within DFK UK & Ireland.
World-leading specialist training provider BHBi will return to the DFK UK & Ireland Young Professionals and Managers Conference in April to deliver sessions on managing change and developing soft skills.
Speakers Mark Barnes and Dave Rees, from BHBi, will provide interactive and practical training over two days.
Mark said: “Change management is such a fundamental skill that everyone needs in modern business, and the human element is quite crucial to get to grips with.
“Our sessions will be very interactive with lots of group working which gives delegates the chance for lots of networking opportunities and to meet colleagues from other offices.
“It is a great conference and we are looking forward to working with everyone again.”
The 11th annual conference will be hosted by Crowleys DFK at The River Lee Hotel in Cork, Ireland, from April 25 to 27.
It will also mark the last official engagement by Bob Law as chairman of DFK UK & Ireland, before Peter Winter takes over on May 1.
Bob said: “I think the Young Professionals Conference is one of our most valuable events, and managing change and networking are two key skills for the future of our profession.”
Caroline Cassidy, executive officer of DFK UK & Ireland, added: “Dave and Mark have attended previously and the feedback has always been fantastic.
“Mixing the learning with lots of interactive fun activities makes the day-and-a-half fly and leaves the delegates excited by what they have learnt and wanting to put it all in practice on the Monday morning back at the office.”
