Shaw Gibbs – DFK EMEA Firm of the Year

Shaw Gibbs has been honoured with the DFK EMEA Firm of the Year award at the DFK EMEA conference held in Lisbon, Portugal.

The DFK EMEA Firm of the Year is awarded annually to the firm that demonstrates outstanding achievements and contributions to the EMEA region.

Presented yesterday by Francesco Nicolini, VP of DFK EMEA to Peter O’Connell, Neil Raynsford, Tim Smith, and Naomi Stewart, this award is voted in by the DFK EMEA Executive Committee (ExCO) and is based on the member firm who has contributed the most to the positive development of the region through the year. The number of outbound referrals to the region, attendance at conferences, firm growth and contribution to specialist groups were factors in receiving this accolade.

Peter O’Connell, CEO of Shaw Gibbs comments:

DFK has been beneficial to our business in countless ways since we joined in 2016. It is a privilege to receive this award and I cannot thank the EMEA ExCo enough for bestowing this on us.

Shaw Gibbs take a proactive role in the association, I sit on the board of DFK UKI and as a firm, we have representation in all of the collaborative groups which cover: audit, HR, tax, cloud accounting, marketing and practice management.

I speak for the individuals within the Shaw Gibbs Group when I say that each meeting, conference and training session delivered by DFK has added value to us both personally and professionally.
