Top 100 accountancy practice Shaw Gibbs have provided lead advisory services to the shareholders of Stephenson Supplies Limited in relation to the sale of the company to Consumables Solutions Limited.

Stephenson Supplies is a distributor of hygiene supplies based in Oxford. Its core areas of service are Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Wiltshire and Buckinghamshire where they are well known to the medical, education, engineering and childcare sectors for providing a range of products including disposable gloves, paper towels, hand cleaners and sanitisers and general infection control products.

Consumables Solutions is a family run business that provides workplace consumable products to a variety of market sectors in the UK from agriculture and marine to pharmaceutical and window cleaning. They also offer their clients solutions with the aim of reducing the costs, deliveries and stock-outs.
