Langdowns DFK has acquired local Southampton practice, Parry Hancock

We were pleased to announce that Langdowns DFK has continued with its strategic expansion plans with its latest acquisition, local Southampton practice, Parry Hancock. The acquisition will enable Langdowns DFK to increase their capacity and continue to deliver on their commitment to providing unrivalled customer service.

Parry Hancock, based in Park Gate, near Southampton, was founded in 1988, and with David Hancock, Parry Hancock’s Founder and Managing Director, set to retire, it was time for Partner, Lucy Parry, to take the firm in a different direction.

As part of the acquisition, all of Parry Hancock’s 5 staff have joined Langdowns DFK, operating from the Southampton office, with Lucy Parry appointed as Associate Director, heading up the Parry Hancock portfolio.

Langdowns DFK Chief Executive, Neil Raynsford said:

We are very pleased to announce our acquisition of Parry Hancock. The company shares our values and will be a great synergy. We look forward to welcoming Parry Hancock’s staff and clients, with Lucy Parry as our Associate Director, as we continue to grow our successful business.

Lucy Parry commented:

When Langdowns DFK got in touch with us, from the first meeting it was clear that the Directors of Langdowns have the same approach as us to client service. It was simply a “no brainer” that we should get together for the benefit of all our clients.

Langdowns DFK has offices in Andover, Southampton and Basingstoke. For more information about the services available, please contact Langdowns DFK’s expert team on 023 8061 3000.
