Sabina is a Chartered Tax Adviser with a wealth of experience in advising businesses and individuals on all aspects of their tax advisory requirements and compliance responsibilities.
Her clients range from business start-ups to well-established companies and she has specific expertise in the following areas:
- Corporate structuring;
- Business starts ups;
- Entrepreneurs’ relief and exit planning;
- R&D allowances;
- Capital allowances;
- Planning, design and implementation of employee and non-employee share schemes and agreeing share valuations with HMRC;
- Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS) and Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS).
Sabina particularly enjoys working closely with entrepreneurial individuals and owner managed businesses of all different sizes throughout all stages of their lifecycle, who often require specific and tailored advice across all relevant taxes impacting both their business and personal affairs. Her advice is tailored to optimise overall efficiency.
After graduating from the University of Birmingham with a degree in Economics, Sabina started her tax career at KPMG. She has since gone on to work at another Big Four firm and other Top 30 advisory firms before joining CBW in January 2018. Sabina qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser in 2008.
