Shaw Gibbs is delighted to announce that, effective 1 April 2026, Woodward Hale has become part of Martin and Company, which is part of the Shaw Gibbs Group.
The planned succession-step supports the long-term strength and continuity of the business while maintaining the client relationships and sector expertise Woodward Hale is known for.
Clients will continue to receive the same day-to-day service, working with the same people and teams. The move brings additional resources and broader expertise, alongside investment in people and long-term development to help retain experienced advisers and continue delivering trusted, high-quality advice.
The transaction reflects strong alignment between the firms, including shared experience supporting businesses, private clients, and individuals in the agricultural sector. Both organisations share similar working practices, and this will enable the teams to collaborate effectively and learn from one another as a combined organisation.
The business will operate as Martin and Company (part of the Shaw Gibbs Group) with immediate effect.
