RPG named DFK UK&I Firm of the Year

RPG Chartered Accountants were presented with the DFK UK and Ireland Firm of the Year Award during the DFK UK&I regional conference held recently in Birmingham.

More than 120 delegates from firms based across 10 countries attended the conference, the theme of which was ‘Come Together’.

The accolade is presented to the firm which has made the greatest contribution to the positive development of DFK UK&I throughout the year.

Jonathan Brownson, Group Managing Director of RPG, said:

“It is an honour to be named the 2023 DFK UK&I Firm of the Year.  We are immensely proud to be recognised by our peers and presented with such a prestigious accolade.

“DFK is a fantastic association which allows us to connect with like-minded firms, share knowledge and best practice, and to provide global support to our clients.”

Jonathan continued:

The conferences, particularly the international events, provide tremendous opportunities to connect with overseas firms which means that, when needed, we can refer our clients to people with whom we have an existing connection which is extremely valuable.

Mark Ashfield, Managing Director of Harrison Beale & Owen and Chairman of DFK UK&I, said:

We would like to congratulate RPG on being named our DFK UK&I Firm of the Year.

The firm is a long-standing and extremely active member of DFK, with colleagues at all levels engaging with the association, and this award is very well deserved.

Caroline Cassidy, DFK UK&I and EMEA Executive Officer and Conference Manager, said: “The theme of this year’s conference was very special as, although it was our UK and Ireland conference, it had a truly global feel.

The event covered some extremely important topics, but this was combined with a lot of celebration which gave fantastic balance and was thoroughly enjoyed by guests.

“I would like to thank everyone in attendance – it was a very inclusive and enjoyable event which has resulted in lots of business referrals.

“We now look forward to the next DFK UK&I conference which will be held in Belfast in 2024 and is proudly sponsored by Visit Belfast.”
